Fitness At Home "LIVE"

Hello Guys and Girls. This is Mukund Kolhatkar and I am embarking on my Fitness At Home Journey and I will call it LIVE because I will record and upload every single day's workout on this very blog. I plan to learn a lot on my journey and I would want my workouts to benefit you as well. I will be using a Jump Rope for now but as I make progress, I'll add in some more equipments such as an Ab Slider or a home made pull-up bar etc. Please join my journey and I look forward to your support
